Show off message in a model-based power app

I have a model-based application power app, I want to unsubscribe this application by disabling windows and only showing one with an error message and a button addressing the new site, I’ve been checking and I can’t find a way. How can I do that? I want to do that so if someone accesses by link not 404 error
