Shared Power App shows up Blank

When I share my Power App that was created using an excel spreadsheet on my OneDrive account, the users are unable to see any of the data from the excel when they open the Power App. I shared the ownership of the Power App to someone else and it looks like the Power App is looking for the spreadsheet on their OneDrive account instead of mine. Any idea how to keep the data pulling from the excel in my OneDrive when shared?

    Hi @schaeff1 ,

I had this issue with an Excel data source and had to do the following:-

    • Create a folder and file the Excel sheet in it
    • Click on Manage Access (three dot menu)
    • Click Advanced at the bottom
    • Click Stop Inheriting Permissions
    • Grant Permissions to the users who use the Power App

It is a bit of a pain going forward as it is another place things have got to be shared,

Other than that, PowerApps finds the table in the Excel file fine.

Hey Warren - was able to get this to work by putting the excel in a folder, right clicking, and then sharing through OneDrive! Thanks for the help
