I have a datatable and I want to filter my items that will end 90 days or less from today. I have a date column called 'End Date'.

How can I apply this?

Try this:
Filter(Table,DateDiff(ThisItem.YourDate,Today(),Days)<=90)

Filter( YourDataTableName, DateDiff( Now(), 'End Date', Days ) <=90 )
