Not sure if this is the issue, but looking at the below post, it seems that you can't import data into CDS with the community license.

Hi i have found solution don't worry this is only simple connection issue. you need to fixed your Dataverse Legacy Connection please see SS. It Is not about something that you have community version or license or Browser problem. As error displayed to you and saying it is just connection issue.

my connections status is connected. But same error.
@narendrapappu, I would try to re-create your Dataflow to see if that works. Otherwise I suggest start a new thread to get better support. Cheers
