we have a gallery in powerapps and has around 100 records. Each record is about a user. So, there is a column of user profile picture(user.picture). Loading time of these picture takes more time, everytime we move to that screen. Is there any way to improve the loading speed of picture.

You can keep the picture values in a local collection and in this way you'll avoid to call each time the service where the photos came from (Office365Users - Azure AD, Sharepoint library, etc.).
It is not the most efficient method in term of memory usage, but it can help you.
