For security reasons all Azure Services we use in the organization have private endpoints, meaning they have an internal IP address, we can only consume those resources internally (public access is disable) and the traffic is routed through express route connections.
Now, we are evaluating CoPilot Studio but when I try to connect an Azure AI resource as knowledge source for example (same happens with Azure OpenAI) it fails. I assume it's because CoPilot Studio (using Power Platforms connections) are not private resources and since we have public access disabled it fails. I'm still troubleshooting but wanted to know if this scenario is currently supported?
Thanks
Guillermo.
Title: Connecting MS CoPilot Studio to Azure AI Search or OpenAI using private endpoints
You should probably direct this question to your Microsoft rep. As you have surmised it seems logical that CoPilot would not be able to access the private endpoints without some additional routing.
