The Relevance search doesn't give results when filter is selected as "None". But when entity is selected in filter it gives results.

And this only happening in one model driven app. same thing works in other model driven apps and other environments.

cleared cached and tried different things.
Note : Dataverse search is off. previous search feature is being used.

Kindly suggest.

    HI @CU29010806-1,

Seemingly, the problem might be related to Quick Find View configuration or app-specific search settings. Confronting "None" as a filter, there is a high chance app is failing to retrieve right entities into relevance. But selecting specific entity forcing the filter to work.  This difference probably indicating if Quick Find views or entity search settings differ between apps or environments.

There might be so many possible reason why you are facing this, let's troubleshoot one by one:

    Troubelshoot: Security Role
    •     Please check user access to the entities being searched.
    Troubelshoot: QFV
    •     Go to Power Apps → Tables → [Entity] → Views → Quick Find View.
    •     Make sure search fields are included (e.g., name, email, ID) and ensure view is being published.
    Troubleshoot: ESS(Entity Search Settings)
    •     From PP Admin Center, make sure entity is enabled for Relevance.
    •     Compare settings between the working app/environment and the one that doesn't work.

    Troubelshoot: Per App Filters
    •      Open up the designer for the problematic model-driven app.
    •      Make sure designated entities are included in the app.
Note: Occasionally, if the app doesn’t have a default entity set, the "None" filter fails.

Finally you can do a cross-envrionment comparison (search config and metadata). Please don't forget to look for QFV, fields and entity enablement.

Please let me know if these approaches help.
