Quite frustrating to say the least. Sometimes works, other times doesn't

    Please try to clear your browser's cache, update the browser to the latest version ,reoprn the app.

    If the problem still exixts, try other browsers and computers.

    Please check whether your system meet our requirements:

    Thank you for your response, it is working correctly now for about a week. It seems that loadup times for studio is much faster as well.
