I have a decision tree implementation with 10 levels, so two things:
1. Is there template or process to create a complex decision tree.
2. There is server lag which occurs when tree becomes more complex is there a fix for that.

1- No, normally we use more than 1 topic to improve the maintenance and usability, reusing the variables between topics to use the value filled by the user.

2- Today if you have a lot of delays using Power Virtual Agents, you can open a ticket inside Microsoft to investigate your scenario.
@Diganta can explain better about this problem.
But try to create more than one topic and reuse variables, these steps can help you and improve the chatbot conversation.
