Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I downloaded Power Apps to my PC and am trying to login. I enter my email, a popup asks for my password. It seems to take, but then I get returned to the Power Apps login screen. No Error message, just back to the beginning. Any thoughts on how to debug or get past this?

A few questions:

What type of Power App are you trying to use? Canvas App or Model-Driven?
What type of license do you have? Premium per user, premium per app, or standard that's included with Microsoft 365?
Are you experiencing this issue when trying to access Power Apps through a web browser?

Note that it's recommended to use the Web browser on a Windows machine for Canvas Apps as there are some feature limitations on the windows app.
