Connecting PowerApps to External Database

I am trying to create a connection from PowerApps to SQL database, but facing the error -

DMTS_EncryptClusterCredentialsErrorCode. Attached screenshot for reference

I have installed the gateway and have access to database. Please help and let us know if any assistance required.

    Hi @Vijay_123 ,

    Please check these points:

    1)whether have PowerApps P2 license, only user have this license can connect with on promise SQL.

    2)check the doc about how to connect with SQL in PowerApps step by step:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/connections/connection-azure-sqldatabase

    3)check the gateway's status:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/gateway-reference

    Try to re-install the latest version of gateway.
