PowerApps Portal licensing for implementing the portal for external user scenario

Hello, I have a question about the “PowerApps Portal” licensing, in relation to the requirement for implementing the portal for external user scenario only.

I have noticed that there are 2 types of licensing options available - one is “per login” based (for authenticated users) and other one is “per pageview” based (for un-authenticated users).

We plan to setup the Portal with a home page which will some basic content (hello world kind of) with link directly taking to the Sign-in page and thus making the use of portal for authenticated users only.

So my question then is – When purchasing licenses for per login model do we also need to include the license for “un-authenticated” users (i.e. page per view model) as they will be landing on the home page and thus the portal will have un-authenticated page views that way?

Yes, there are YouTube videos out there but none of them seems to answer the question and hence the question has been posted here in the community. It’s hoped that someone from this community who has experience in provisioning the portal and knowledge about its licensing terms could help here. It could help others and possibly save hours of watching lengthy videos (e.g. over 1 hr duration video link given above) and guides with non-expected result. Thanks in advance.
