Upload Multiple Attachments to Sharepoint - PowerApps Connected to Sharepoint List

Hi Community,

I have a Power App form that is linked to a sharepoint List (Picture attached)

I want all the that is submitted from this form to be collected, doesn't matter Sharepoint List or Document or what. There will be MULTIPLE ATTACHMENTS  user will submit. At least

The issue I am facing is , I am using the collect Function :

Collect('List', Defaults('List'),
{
  ProjectName: PRName.Text,
  'Project Type': DDPRType.Selected.Value,
  ProposedDate: Date.SelectedDate,
  Attachments: Attachment.Attachments
})

by doing this, the issues are:
1) value from the drop down is not being recorded in the list.
2) Attachments not being uploaded

The outcome is looking like this in Sharepoint List

I do not know if any attachments are being uploaded although I can see an attachment sign. Whenever I click on the record (row) in List, it opens the Power app for me to submit, So I cannot really tell if the attachments are being uploaded.

Can I please get help to make sure all my attachments are being uploaded including answers to other quesions.

I am okay to use Ms flows as well if it is better.

thank you

    Hi @Aashish

    I'm afraid you only can add one attachment per list item. One thing you could do is create a library to upload your documents, with a custom column like 'item_ID' and create that relationship between the files and your list item in your logic.

    Hi @ANB :

    I am following the video and using the same method but ran into an error:

    Aashish_0-1704409759008.png

    Set(
    var12,
    Patch(
    'List',
    Defaults('List'),
    {ProjectName: PRName.Text},
    {ProposedDate: Date.SelectedDate},
    {ProjectType: DDPRType.Selected.Value}
    )
    );
    Reset(PRName);
    ForAll(
    Attachment.Attachments As Document,
    PowerAppsToSharepoint.Run(
    {
    file: {
    contentBytes: Document.Value,
    name: Document.Name
    },
    number: var12.ID
    }
    )
    );
    Notify("Thank you for submission");
    Reset(Attachment)

    Using this flow , I got an error saying ; Invalid Number of Argument Received 1; Expected 2 or 3 .
    Can you please assist?

    Hi @Aashish , What this first input parameter?

    ANB_0-1704434370428.png

    You have declared 3 input parameter and you are just passing 2 parameter.
