Hi All,

I was creating automation where I have data files in xlsx on SharePoint Library and update on Dataverse table (Basically overwriting the entire table). Do we have any workaround to automate this using power automation.

Thank you

Depending on what exactly you're trying to do, yes, you can update a Dataverse table with info from a table in an xlsx file using the Excel connector in Power Automate. For specific questions on how to construct this flow I recommend posting your questions on the Power Automate Community forum for the best responses, but we can help here too.

    Hi @Hit_23 ,

Based on your business case, I would look at utilizing a dataflow, please see the following:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/dataflows/sync-excel-cds-dataflow

Using Power Automate may be the right approach. You can use trigger for SharePoint - file created to invoke the flow and then based on some unique identifier, you can create or update respective records in Dataverse table.

Recently i used the same approach for one of my project and it worked very well.
