Hi Community,

Utilized Shane Young's upload document to a SharePoint Library (works great) but, need to also submit the text input dropdown choice to SharePoint (metadata).  Any suggestions/recommendations?

Thanks.

    Hi @chudson002 ,

    You need to Update File Properties and use the ItemIdf of the file created. This one is a photo, but the principle is the same.

    I am stuck, I tried, but the meta data still will not submit with the current formula for submitting a document. I get the concept of when the flow is edited, have to go back and edit the formula, but I am struggling with where the updated parts need to go.

    @chudson002 ,

    When you modify a Flow and put in an additional Ask in Power Apps function (such as you are doing in the Update File Properties), when you disconnect and reconnect the Flow from Power Apps, your Run() code will then require this additional parameter and this will generally be the last item. You just need to provide the ID reference here.
