Is PVA built such that I could point it at different employee topical chat groups, such as the Web Dev Team chat where they discuss technical problems with client sites, development challenges, and security issues. I'd also like to point it at a 3rd party Task management system were technical tasks get assigned and all time logs are accompanied with solutions and actions used. My hope would be that the AI Bot could then be a part of those chat groups and provide solution insights and/or references to past situations that might have been similar such that the Developers might be more quickly directed to the problem and a possible solution. We also have Graphic Design and Marketing Strategy chat groups that could also constitute a similar strategy of supporting insights. If the AI Bot could be a part of the chat and chime in when it has advice, or if someone in the chat would type something like "#aibot" where this would be the bot name, along with a request for their input, maybe they would respond at that point...only when asked. I have a small marketing firm so my other question is am I chewing off more than I can chew in that this might be a significant undertaking to get it really working well. I set up an AI Bot already and am trying to figure out how to educate it without just training specific if/then stuff like an FAQ might provide.
Hello @Gadget1969
Sorry PVA is not built to listen to conversation on a chat group and cannot be triggered by a key word to react on something. However you can point the bot to multiple data sources and give users the ability to ask questions and the bot can suggest answers based on internal knowledge base
