Post a message as the flow bot is no longer available?

I can't find this function in the MS Teams anymore, the closest that I have available is "Post a messsage in a chat or user" the later do not have it looks like a card, although I know that is able to do it but it has more work. I want to know why I can't find "Post a message as the flow bot" anymore?
