We have MSSQL tables that we need to sync with Dataverse as we transition over to the Power Platform. However, I am struggling to find an easy way to updated our MSSQL tables from Dataverse.
Is there a way to do this via Flows?

I believe it should be possible using the SQL connector and by defining a gateway to your SQL server.

Thank you for your suggestion but I tried to add the SQL connection to a Flow but the tables do not load, see screenshot below:
Do you think this maybe a firewall issue connecting to the ms sql db or am I doing something wrong?

I found a work around.
Seems like the connection is reporting an ambiguous column name in one of my tables. So I assumed it could see my server. I then just entered one of the table names as a custom value from my external db and it returned the columns.
I then ran an update on one of the records and it worked!
