Hello Community,
I am currently using the Dynamics Customer Service Webchat widget to connect customers with agents on my website. However, I am encountering an issue where, after closing a conversation, the widget's layout gets distorted or misaligned. The widget does not return to its normal state, causing a poor user experience.
Has anyone faced this issue before, or does anyone have any recommendations or solutions on how to fix this behavior? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also if there's any document for customize the styling using JS please let me know
