I ask questions about two issues.

1. I used the conversation plugin and it came out after posting, but when I modified the conversation plugin and posted again, the plugin disappeared.

2. Publishing an interactive plugin creates a new plugin in your tenant's Dataverse registry. Once the plug-in is available, tenant administrators must approve the plug-in for users to use in the Microsoft Copilot plug-in catalog. Please tell me how to register the plugin so that users can use it in the plugin catalog and why the trigger cannot be called
