Is there a mechanism for the Developer Community to provide actionable feedback to Microsoft on the PowerApps Roadmap? It's difficult to ask this question as a non-cynic. Enhanced Component Properties was released in EXPERIMENTAL mode in 2021. There has been barely a whisper on it and it hasn't even moved to PREVIEW in all this time. User Defined Functions was released in January and no communication.
It is getting increasingly difficult to pitch PowerApps as a production application to clients when some of the basic core capabilities are not being met. I feel there is an over-emphasis with AI capabilities recently at the expense of some other needed items. I want PowerApps to succeed as a platform because I have a sunk cost in it, but I have to do right by my employer and start exploring other tools. With this said, as much as I prefer certain features over others, I feel Microsoft could probably just improve their communication and documentation on the platform to better set expectations. In other words, if you are going to let a feature sit for 3 years in favor of AI just say so in order that we can plan accordingly.
I apologize in advance if I have misplaced my question or if I'm being overly critical. Would like to engage with other developers if anyone wants to provide a more forgiving perspective.
