Flow to send email during extra business hours

Hi,

 

I would like to know if it's possible to create a flow which send automaticcaly to a user an email if he sends an email during outside business hours. And it would be great if it sends only this email for the first email sent and not all.

    Hi Fla0683,

     

    Please take this thread for a reference, you may consider adding a condition in your flow to check if the email received time outside business hours. After the Condition, you could add an action “Reply to email”.

    Hi Fla0683,

     

    I am not sure with “add all my users with this workflow”.

     

    If you want all of your team users can perform these action, you could consider sharing your flow by adding others in your organization as owners.

    If your scenario is sending email to all the users, you may try to enter the email address of the group.

    Thanks for your reply, I would like my workflow to be executed for all my users in my organisation, without my user add this WF for himself. In France there will be a law the "right to deconnect" and so I would like that all my users are informed (by sending an email) when they send an email during extra business hours. 

     

    I've one proposition in this link :

    With rules in exchnage but I can't use this solution.
