Bot Analytics Error Message

We published a new bot but now get the following error when we go to the Analytics tab:

operation returned an invalid status code 'notfound'

diagnostic trace id: 0hm95u5h40olr:00000006

 

Any thoughts on what is means and how to fix?

    Hi jackiemv

    Chat transcript will be store in MS Dataverse and maybe the analytics too, you can try to check in "Solutions" if you can see the data or can access to database.
