Hi all; we recently released the Conversation Boosting feature in the PVA Public Preview and are looking to get insights from those of you who have tried it. Any experiences to share?

The conversation booster is the only mode that will actually scrape my FAQ site and create plausible answers. Wish I could publish!

If you're your Tenant Admin (or know who is), you can now enable publish via your Power Platform Admin Center dashboard at the tenant level.

We actually use several models provided by Azure OpenAI depending on the scenario/need, and we (like the rest of the market) will update/adapt which models we're using as this fast-moving technology evolves and we work to improve performance of the system.

I did not get the options shown in the documentation when I wanted to attempt boosting. Perhaps something else should be enabled somewhere? I am new to PVA. Can someone point me on how to enable the boosting feature?

Can you confirm that you're in a US tenant with the English language for your bot, using a preview bot? All those conditions are required currently.

I'm interested in how to make changes to how the bot answers topics with the Conversation Booster enabled. If it's giving a wrong or semi-wrong answer, is it best to optimize the data source, or create a list of question nodes that would lead to specific answer?

I work for a county government and our public website is built on Civic Plus www.civicplus.com
When we try to add the url to the "Boost your conversations with GPT" field using either the root
www.mycounty.org
or
www.mycounty.org/FAQ/
We get the following error within 10 seconds.
