Good day, I have a sharepoint list that I like to make into a way to visualize the process flow of a document process.
I have the following columns in my list:
Title
Stage 1 (drop down with choices: start, in progress, closed)
Stage 2 (drop down with choices: start, in progress, closed)
Attachements
I would like to have a way to request esignature whenever someone tries to add/delete/reupload attachements. And if the esignature isn't accepted, it does not save the entry. The point is to prevent unauthorized approvals, the scenario is that if a manager leaves their laptop open, they dont want anyone to be able to change/approve items using their laptop, thus needing a esig to confirm the change. I know power automtate has many capabilities but have not been able to find online whatever requesting esignature is possible for this purpose.
