I can use the following to get the mail list.
Office365Outlook.GetEmails({folderPath:"SentItems",fetchOnlyUnread:false,top:20,searchQuery:"to:r@aa.com and sent:12/21/2022"})
But i cannot get more emails. The top is set to max as 25.
How I can get the overall count of mail that satisfied certain searchQuery?

This is a limitation.
I suggest you create a custom connector and call the graph api to get more than 25 emails.
