Hi All,I want to tweak my environment maker security role in a way that it disables users from creating custom connectors. Can anyone help me with what privelage I need to reduce to make this happen? For e.g. In basic user role, I get the following error: The user with object id '7bxxxx7-xxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxxxxx' in tenant '5xxxx62-ff9c-xxx8-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx' does not have access to permission 'Create Custom Connector' in environment '91xxxc53-xxxx-ecfa-ac15-xxxxxxxxx'. Error Code: 'UserMissingRequiredPermission'^ I want the same error for the users with environment maker role as well. Thanks in advance. My goal is to lock down my default environment users from creating custom connectors.
I believe it should be the "Connector" entity within the Custom Entities tab of that security role:
Although take heed, as that role is a special role so MS could just overwrite any changes you make to that role
Hi @Pranav96 ,
You will want to check out DLP policies for this type of restriction. Please see here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/dlp-custom-connector-parity
