We built an App to use "Voice To Text" feature. We are using : MS PowerApps + Ms Flow + Cloudconvert.

It runs fine when we use through the browser but If we run the same app on the cell phone the app can´t convert the áudio because it´s recorded in another format called "3GP".

I need support how to convert it.

Hi @Anonymous,

It's normal the file is stored in 3gp format, it's mentioned in the documentation here.

Doesn't the phone play it in that format?

Otherwise, you might be able to use 3rd party converters.
