Our Teams Copilot, which has been running successfully for some months, has suddenly started popping up this box when run from a web link. Update Now button does nothing obvious and copilot does not appear.
Copilot tests successfully form within the power Virtual Agents app, no errors reported.
The "Update Now" prompt with no apparent action usually indicates a caching issue or an update requirement for the Teams Copilot app or its permissions.
Clear the cache and cookies in the browser used to access Teams and try the Copilot link again. Sometimes, old cache files can interfere with updated app components.
Go to the Teams app store, search for the Copilot app, and manually check for updates there. Updating might reset permissions or settings affecting web access.
Access via Incognito Mode or a Different Browser: This can rule out any browser-specific issues, especially if the Copilot runs fine within Power Virtual Agents.
Thanks.
