4. When I try to import the table into PowerBI the table does not show:
Any ideas as to why this could be happening?.
@HamidBee, make sure that you are using the right environment URL. it seems to me that tables in your Dataverse are mostly missing in the Power BI tables view.

Here is the environment URL I am using in Power Apps:
The Dataverse table is stored in this environment as can be seen here:
In Power BI it doesn't ask me to enter any sort of URL string. Once I navigate to 'Get Data' -> 'Dataverse', it immediately shows me the various environments and tables:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, @HamidBee you will need to clear the current permissions and then add data:
After clearing all permissions, you will be prompt to enter the instance url again, so make sure you enter the correct one.
@HamidBee, to get the URL, click in the Gear icon and then click session details > Instance Url
Hi @AhmedSalih
I just tried what you suggested. I cleared all permissions:
'Get Data' -> 'Dataverse'
I then get a prompt asking me to sign in to my organisational account:
It then takes me straight to the db view. I didn't get any prompt to enter a URL strangely.
@HamidBee , did you clear the permission for the Data Source in current file?
I cleared all permissions for current file and global permissions. I then tried to import data from Dataverse. It repeats the same thing. It asks me to sign in with my organizational account and choose the table.
It still doesn't request any URL from me.
@HamidBee, have you tried to access this one?:
Thanks for your help. So I had a look at it it turns out the table is under 'cr8b5_customers'.
There are loads of strangle column names in there. I'm also not sure where the cr8b5_ prefix came from.
@HamidBee, if you create the tables outside a solution, the system will create a prefix for you. If you create them inside a solution, they will have the prefix of the solution that you create when you create the solution.
For the columns, Dataverse create system columns for you by default.
