App didn't start correctly

Hi,

 

I imported a solution into my production environment. Now when I open the app I get this message in production:

Session ID: 080761e1-bfd4-4243-85be-a2c10a116e0c

 

I tried to import it again but got the same result.

 

How do I go about troubleshooting this?
