Use Canvas App as default Sharepoint List form

I know I can edit the default form from clicking on PowerApps integration from the Sharepoint list then edit form. However this does not work for me, as I need to develop a CanvasApps in a diferent enviroment than the default one that the mentioned process creates and doesn't let you chosse which enviroment you want.

I also know how to develop the Canvas app and use it as a form for Sharepoint editing, new items, etc.
Where I'm stuck is that I need this app to be directly accesible from the sharepoint List when you click on "new item" or want to edit the List items. As if I don't do anything, the Default form will open.

Is there a way to develop a Canvas app that will also work for the Sharepoint list form?

PD: apart from the Enviroment issue, I'm also doing this as all my list form developed tend to not be properly scaled in users computers. As they won't see it as the size I coded it. As in the Sharepoint list form Powerapps setting, as far as I'm aware, you are unable to activate automatic scaling. In the Canvas App it is possible.

I've read through Answered post in this forum but can't find what I need.. Appreciate any input in advance!

First, yes you can scale the custom form in a SharePoint list the same way you scale the canvas app, you just can't make it take up the full screen. Its limited to the maximum width allowed for the form panel in the SharePoint list (about half the page). But if you turn off scale to fit you can size it within that panel however you want.

Second, the custom list form is always added to the default environment and that can't be changed because that is the way it is designed to work.

Third, you can embed a canvas app on a SharePoint page, but there is no supported way to get it to open in place of the form or custom form in a SharePoint list.

I'm sorry if I'm replying twice, it seems my reply didn't post. I swear to God, since they changed this forum xd... Im tryig to mention you but when I put it it wont post....

Anyway. In the Sharepoint form, how do I scale it? I don't see the options that are shown in Canvas app to allow scaling, just setting a personalised size. Of course, I see it correctly. But users have told me varied feedback.

And for Canvas app, do you know how can I activate a comment bar like in sharepoint list item? Where users can mention each other with "@".

For a few days, if you tried to mention someone, you are correct it would just ignore your post.. I lost a whole 4 like page scrolling answer i did.
