Hi,
I am trying to come up with ideas on how to do this, if anyone has any links or ideas please let me know.
Say I have a list of employees then each week has a perfect assigned to it.
John Smith, Week 1 (Nov 1-7), 80%, Week 2 (7-15), 110%. under john smith he has a list of items he completes.
then I have Jane Doe , week 1 ( Nov 1 -7) , 100%, Week 2 (7-15), 80%.
Anyone have ideas on how I can move items from John Smith Week 2 to Jane Doe Week 2 so that he is not at 110%?
I guess i am looking more for design ideas on how I can drag and drop or change items under an employee so that he is not over 100% allocated.

Drag & Drop isn't a native feature in PowerApps, unfortunately. However, Scott Durow demos how you can do it in this video

His method is quite involved and finicky but it works.
If you want to assign tasks to another user couldn't you just setup a gallery that is filtered by the person and week that you want to move. Have a check box in the gallery and a user can check the tasks to move. User could pre-select who is getting the tasks
