Hi,
I've joined a trial plan PowerApps about 2 months ago, now I wonder whether it is expired or not, how to check that ?
As I tried now, making some Apps, when I want to connect to CDS, it says it is Premium, and cannot move forward.
Please advice what to do.

Do you want to check whether your license has been expired ?
There are multiple ways.
1)in powerapps studio:
settings->plans
The plans listed there are those have not been expired.
2)office365 admin center:
billings->your products
The expired date will be listed there. (all the products of your talent)
You could check your own license in view account->subscription.
3)in azure admin center:
Licenses->all products
It will list all the products' expired date of your talent.
You could also check your own license in azure admin center.
By the way, trial plan PowerApps only has 30 days.
So yes, your trial plan has been expired.
