Currently I have two licenses the standard and the Power Apps Per User Plan but when I create application it use standard one.
I want to use the pro one without loosing the application also I can not sign out from Microsoft account so I need steps to follow to switch the license.

If you app is standard means that you only use standard connectors like sharepoint for example. These features like Text, Form... are not Premium. The license doesn't apply in this context.
I am not allowed to use all modern features they only for preview
and it shows that the application is using standard license
Hi,
I don't understand why do you mean with switch the licenses.
The licenses assigned are accumulative. You have a "power apps for office365" included in your office365 licenses (run only standard apps) and also Power apps per user plan (run standard and premium apps).
You can create and run standard and premium apps without problems.
