I am currently creating an agent for a specific company's policy guidelines. I have the policies uploaded to the agent and have it in the instructions to always include the references, since they are policies it's important that the agent can answer things but also provide the specific policy should the user need to see it. It has been consistently providing the correct references however it's almost unreadable. The files I uploaded had the policies neatly structured and readable with bullet points, when I click on the references now it is a large, unformatted, dense wall of text. I have tried to include in the instructions to maintain the original formatting, but that has not worked. I have also tried to upload the same document as multiple file types to try to get it to stop condensing them, but nothing has worked.
