Resolve Required Connections and Access for App Users

Dear Community,

I am encountering an issue with the Power App I developed, where users need various connections and access points. From what I understand, users require access to the underlying datasource, which makes sense. However, I am confused about the additional required connections.

Below is a list of the required connections for my app users. While these connections are not used directly in the app, they are utilized in the Power Automate flow linked to the Power App. I want to avoid prompting all my users with a list of app permissions and connections they need to approve.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions on how to streamline this process for my users? Ideally, I want them to have a seamless experience, simply clicking a link that takes them to the form I created in Power Apps, without any prompts for permissions or connections. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    No,

You will have to, as many of these have to run in the context of the user, otherwise its a security risk.

You can configure the Run only users (bottom right in your Flow details) to run a connector on another account. You need to ensure that this is not to circumvent user licensing issues or you may be in breach of your licence terms.
