I am developing agent to respond to user query from 3 knowledge sources. SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge Microsoft Graph connector and custom connector.
I have also created a custom action using ServiceNow CoPilot Connector.
CoPilot agent prioritizing knowledge source/ conversational boosting system topic over custom action when Generative orchestration is enabled.
I tried modifying name and description for custom action but it still same.
How can I tune agent to prioritize action over knowledge source when right intent is matched?
you'd need to alter the instructions (system prompt) to achieve the desired results. Something like: "check the ServiceNow first before searching the knowledge sources". You need to test and check how it'll perform. Please be aware that generative orchestration is still a preview feature so surprises could happen. :-)
