Email Template Dynamic Value Inserting Error

Hi,

I'm trying to edit email templates but can't insert any dynamic value to the subject or body fields of the emails.

As you can see on the attachment, there is an error like "Unable to insert dynamic text. Select where to insert or update your dynamic text in the template's subject or body.". I already select subject but the error keeps occuring.

In other environments I can easily insert these values but in the current environment i keep getting this error.

Hello,

If anyone have an answer on this topic, I'm encountering the exact same problem.
It occurs when I want to edit an already used email template or when I want to create a new one.

Hello,

If anyone has an answer on this topic, I'm also encountering the exact same problem.

I'm attempting to create new email templates and use the insert dynamic text button from the command ribbon and also get this error.

I've also tried to directly code this into the email body and get it to succesfully resolve within the body to recognize the dynamic text, however, when testing no value is populated.

{!EntityLogicalName:FieldLogicalName/@name;}

Same issue here as well. I am able to get the dialog box to show up if I choose the "Open in a new window" option while editing the template but it does not insert a value after choosing the field you want.

Microsoft responded to the support ticket, "the issue is happening with other customers, To correct this issue please deactivate the new features RichTextEditor on power apps.

I tried it and its working fine now
