(Tried to post once already, but it got marked as spam, weirdly.)
For the last few days, we have seen a very high rate of system errors. We would be interested to know if this a MS problem that will be fixed soon, or if we should try a workaround.
- We have noticed this since the 8th April, but it may have started a few days before that.
- We are expecting generative AI answers.
- It does still work sometimes, but the error rate is very high - you can't have a conversation with it.
- It was working fine before.
- We have only made minor config tweaks recently - nothing that would obviously explain this.
- The error does not give us any useful information.
- The analytics are useless - they don't seem to show any sign of these errors, although we know there have been many.
I downloaded the snapshot, which gives us this tiny bit of info:
{
"actionId": "search-content",
"topicId": "crb83_georgeTestBot.topic.Search",
"triggerId": "main",
"dialogComponentId": "75f3dee0-3c7d-48c0-97b6-c3f96a679460",
"actionType": "SearchAndSummarizeContent",
"conditionItemExit": [],
"variableState": {
"dialogState": {},
"globalState": {}
},
"exception": "The requested operation requires an element of type 'Object', but the target element has type 'Null'. (UserErrorCode: SystemError, ReasonCode: Undefined)",
"resultTrace": {}
}
It's trying to do 'SearchAndSummarizeContent' but it's hitting an exception, which looks like a JSON parsing error.
