The error message told that you don't provide a valid value for the field which is required. The user @ericonline has faced similar issue with you, please check the following thread:

Please check if you have provided a valid value for the specific field. In addition, please take a try to re-create your app, then try again to check if the issue is solved.

As an alternative solution, you could also consider take a try to submit your data into your data source using Patch function rather than SubmitForm function.

If you use the SubmitForm function to submit data, it would checks for validation issues with any field that's marked as required or that has one or more constraints on its value, when a problem occurs, the data isn't submitted,
