Can we keep this to one post? I assume you are the same person as @ayush_D5300 .

You would firstly get a "square" of latitude and longitude (two each) that totally encloses your area, then check if the current latitude and longitude is within that. If so, you would make your button in Edit mode, otherwise it would be in Disabled mode.
