Add tabs to quick create form or sidebar

Hi,
 
I have a requirement to open a sidebar (quick create form), that should have 5 tabs (reference image below).
 
I see we have the ability to add tabs to the main form, but couldn't find the option to do so in quick create form via maker portal.
 
What are the options here to achieve the same?

    You can use API: Xrm.App.sidePanes.
    Samples Doc here: Showing a table row in side pane, (you need change parameter to open quick create form, not existing record)

    Quick Create forms do not support Tabs - it is intended as a quick create, not a full create. If you have key info  you need to capture you would put it on the first Tab.
     
    Other options in addition to a Side Pane may also be a Custom Page (essentially a Canvas app page) that you can show from a Command bar button.
