Power App crucial error

Today morning all of our Power Automate flows have suddenly stopped working with the following message (see screen shot below). We have multiple requests being submitted for approval (payments, contracts) on a daily basis and this feature is a business critical one.

The dynamic operation request to API 'approvals' operation 'GetApprovalTypeMetadataV2' failed with status code 'Forbidden'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": "ApiManagementAccountNotAllowed", "message": "Call not allowed from api management account 'europe-002'." } }

Hi @nikitamobile85 ,

This may not be the case in yours, however last week a colleague had exactly the same error when the user that created the approval flow left the company and had their account cancelled. A subsequent user changed the Flow connector, but did not have write access to the SharePoint list where the approval field was changed.

Hi @WarrenBelz ,

thanks for your message. We have figured out that it is a global Microsoft issue and many companies are effected. Looking forward for an update from Microsoft support team.
