"Regarding" field not displaying in "Card" form on timeline

I have a card form for an entity called Tasks. Its supposed to display the "regarding" value in the header (or at least in the details). Here is how my form is set up:
 
When I view it in the timeline, however, the "Regarding" field appears blank (which I have verified is not the case, this field is filled in on all other forms). Example:
 
When I move "Regarding" to the details section, it shows on the timeline as "undefined". Again, the regarding field is filled in on these tasks, so not sure why this is happening?

    So just to be clear, you said when i move it, you didn't drag it correct? You deleted the original and then added it there manually?

    That is correct, created a new card form with the regarding field in different areas with no luck
