Hi,

I have made few changes in the topic in the PVA and published it. The changes/topics are working/appearing fine in the test bot but not in the Live version after updating it as well. Can you help on this issue.

Thanks!

I have the same question (0)

    @Srini85 What channel is the live version on? Some channels like Teams cache the content and it may take a while for the content to be updated.

    Hello, it's been three days and still, the Copilot Test gives me nice results that are not available in the Demo web page of the supposed same bot.

    The sessions are not even listed in the /Analysis/Sessions list, and, the Web demo does not succeed in connecting to my power automate flow.

    Thanks a lot

    @Mathieu_Paris Since updating the content, have you published the bot's content? After publishing the copilot/bot, the demo web site should reflect the updates very quickly.

    Channels such as Teams which cache the contents sometimes take much longer to update.

    Hello Monsieur Boninco,

    Thanks a lot, republishing did work to get the web demo working the same as the test bot.

    I thought changes would be simultaneous on the two interfaces. Why is it we have to update always?

    Also i had this message "Publishing to Microsoft Copilot is turned off.Talk to your admin to publish extensions to Microsoft Copilot in this environment. Lear more" which is strange considering your trick worked fine for me.

    Best regards, merci

    @Mathieu_Paris

    The publishing functionality allows you to test your changes within the Copilot Studio UX before others see them.

    The error message is confusing to people. I'll pass that feedback along, but it is referring to the plug-in extensions and not the copilot itself.

    That message is VERY confusing...alarming even. Causes people like me to waste time searching for answers....

    This one is also very confusing... "Once one or more edits are saved, future publisher updates will not be applied to this topic."
