Integrating an Auto-Updating Department Directory into Microsoft Lists for Task Assignment

Hello! We have a task list in Microsoft Lists, used by operators to transfer tasks between shifts. We need to implement functionality to display the department structure (employee directory) within the task creation interface, so operators can quickly determine who to assign tasks to. Requirements: the directory should update automatically and be accessible within the same window, without navigating to other interfaces. What are the possible implementation options?
