Add an arrow on top of an image

Hi 

 

I am trying to prepare a component with the help of container to get responsivity. I added a picture inside the container and then i wanted to add an arrow on top of the image, but the arrow does not want to go on the image. Do you know how to do it?

    Could you perhaps clarify how the arrow doesn't want to go into the image?

    In my test, I was able to add controls ontop of an image in component without any problem.
