May I ask if there is an efficient way to organise many topics? At the beginning, there are only a few. However, as my chatbot develops topics will increase, and so will the complexity to manage. Therefore, I am looking for some best practice is managing chatbot content in PVA, especially in the context of multiple people managing the chatbot.

hello @Brian-Chau-CLP , there is no particular "best practice" for topic management. There is already an idea submitted here: Add different topic groups · Community (powervirtualagents.com) that you could support/upvote.
