We are having issue with an user that is running into the error code 3000 when interacting with the topic. This issue is unique to that particular user and no other user is facing this issue. I checked the flows and they are running properly. What are the corresponding steps I can take for troubleshooting this particular topic for this user.
I have checked the power platform admin center and assigned the user environment maker role as well to make sure they are able to interact with the flows. The chatbot is being hosted on Teams. Please do let us know.

Hey @Kamrani, yes I was able to solve this issue. We are hosting the application on teams. Since there is a limitation to the messaging size in teams the user was facing this issue since the user had large data set associated with the account. I made adjustments to cut-off and accommodate the threshold of 28kb messaging size in teams.
Hi @ikhan_24 - were you able to solve the issue? Could it be related to permission for that particular user?
